When you cannot go Outdoors, use your imagination and the Power of Visualization to bring it into your MIND. Sit in a quiet place in your home, close your eyes, and imagine yourself walking through a wet, grassy field, a sandy beach, or even plowing your bare feet into rich, moist dirt. Think about how that would feel between your toes, how the Earth feels as it meets your arches, and the sensations of your heels as they gently touch the ground. Be Healthy, Be Happy
